Luke Russert Remembers His Dad
The constant theme in all the tributes to Tim Russert this weekend was his love of his son: how much he wanted a child, how thrilled he was when his son was born, how he’d steal away from work just to be there when his boy came home from school.
Luke Russert appeared on The Today Show this morning to talk about his dad with Matt Lauer. He was incredibly composed and affecting, embodying the traits of his namesake St. Luke who wrote “To whom much is given, much is expected.”
