Cronyism Continues

Just when you think the culture of cronyism is lessening its grip, a piece out of Salon today identifies further abuse in privatized military healthcare with the news that a former Bush employee won an $800 million Department of Defense contract for his firm? Unlike Halliburton or Blackwater which can attract headlines and controversy, military healthcare is a lucrative wartime bazaar for private contractors that is largely free of oversight.
