In a strange twist of fate or what a cynic might regard as inspired ambition, it’s Arnold Schwarzenegger, former bodybuilding champion, unstoppable cyborg called the Terminator and a Hummer-driving republican who’s writing America’s global warming script. The “governator” has ushered in the Global Warming Solutions Act, the first U.S. legislation of its kind establishing California as the “model” for the United States and potentially the world. Wall Street can’t buy in fast enough.
